Meet Anjali, the owner and sweet treat extraordinaire at Fudgy Cakes! Initially started as a hobby, Fudgy Cakes has now evolved into a crowd-pleasing, sweet tooth satisfying, entrepreneurship.

“Fudgy Cakes originally started in my mom's kitchen when I was about 10 years old. I began baking treats for my classmates and teachers at school and I received valuable compliments from those who were able to taste and enjoy.” 

Anjali loved being able to turn what seemed as a minimally exciting school day, into a special celebration with her baked goods. She continued baking throughout her middle school and highschool years, researching and implementing new recipes, all while getting helpful feedback from tasters, which has greatly improved her baking craft. Soon after, with the advice of her mom, she decided to create the official name, ‘Fudgy Cakes!’ Although she did not know it at the time, her adventure had just begun.
